| With the rapid development of technology, the Automotive industry is undergoing new changes.Compared with the traditional automobile industry with internal combustion engine as the core power, the global automobile industry is moving towards the four modernizations, such as electrification. The industry is changing dramatically, and the supply chain is constantly challenged. The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020 aggravated the whole automotive industry one disaster after another, exacerbating the supply chain problem. Many auto and parts enterprises shut down or even go bankrupt in the dramatically changing market and epidemic environment.Stellantis Group is the fourth largest automobile manufacturer in the world, but its sales volume in China has declined year after year.In response to the changes from the market and industry,as well as the impact of the epidemic, the Group is committed to accelerating the localization of Auto parts, and promoting the development of new projects through supply chain optimization. With this background, the scientific evaluation and efficient development of new suppliers is particularly important. This paper takes Stellantis Group as a case to study how to develop and validate China new supplier.Firstly,Considering the new market changes and industry changes, this paper use Delphi method and Questionnaire surveys to identify potential quality risk index according to China supplier quality risk issues in XL7 T Project, which including management quality risk, technical quality risk,Tier-2 supplier quality risk, production quality risk and logistics quality risk, and 18 Second-level indicators.Secondly, using AHP methods to confirm the importance of each layer of validation index. Then, using FCE method to develop China new supplier development and evaluation system with quality risk control view. Two China suppliers are chosen to be evaluated by this system, the evaluation results are correspond to current evaluation results, which is proved that the system is reasonable, just and scientific. The system can provide decision-making basis for the management to develop new domestic suppliers in the new situation, and has reference and guiding significance for the development and management of suppliers in the new situation such as epidemic situation and electrification. |
