Research On Changfeng Automobile Components Supplier Evaluation And Selection To Improve The Management

In the environment of the supply chain of the automobile industry,the automobile enterprise must maintain a high speed development.It is bound to need a set of supplier management system which is in line with the characteristics of the industry to provide support for the managers.In the whole supplier management system,the evaluation and selection of suppliers is the foundation of the success of supplier management in modern automobile enterprises.The topic of this paper is how to use the scientific management method to evaluate and select suppliers.First of all,through the analysis and study of the existing supplier evaluation and selection of Changfeng automobile,it refers to the existing problems in the supplier evaluation and selection,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing supplier evaluation and selection system of Changfeng automobile,and studies the methods of establishing the supplier evaluation and selection system by the predecessors.Based on the actual situation of Changfeng automobile,the method of combining expert opinion and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is put forward to design a new supplier evaluation and selection system for Changfeng Motor.Through the use of expert opinion method,the new evaluation index of supplier evaluation and selection is five evaluation indexes,such as technological development ability,cost control and control ability,quality control and control ability,production capacity and delivery capacity.Then,using the idea of project management,the linear weight method and the analytic hierarchy process are used to optimize the relationship between the evaluation indexes of the new supplier evaluation and selection system.The linear weight method is used to integrate the evaluation index and establish the whole supplier evaluation and selection system.The weight of each evaluation index in supplier evaluation and selection system is determined by AHP.Finally,this paper uses the actual example of Changfeng automobile company to choose the electric steering supplier,and expounds how to use the new evaluation and selection index to choose the suitable supplier of Changfeng automobile.This paper,starting from the basic theory of supplier evaluation and selection,optimizes the evaluation and selection management system of purchasing suppliers and puts forward corresponding measures to improve the procurement management of Changfeng automobile,optimize the supplier system,enhance the market and the competitiveness,which has a certain theoretical and practical guiding significance.
