Study On The Standard Layout Of Yacht Navigation In Xiamen Sea Area

Yacht industry is a new sunrise industry that gathers labor-intensive,capital-intensive,technology-intensive and knowledge-intensive characteristics.In recent years,Xiamen city has accelerated the development of yacht economy aiming to build China's "Yacht Capital",and established a good pattern integrating yacht manufacturing,exhibition and sales,accessories production and supporting services.At the same time,the booming development of yacht industry also brings higher requirements for the navigation safety of yachts,such as supporting facilities construction and safety supervision etc.This paper studies the issue of the distribution of aids to navigation(hereafter referred to as aton)used for yacht in Xiamen waters,taking into account of both the current navigation requirements and the characteristics of Xiamen yachts as well as the conditions of marinas and navigation channels.This paper analyzes the rules and characteristics of the allocation of aton used for yachts at home and abroad,introduces the Model of Ship Following into the allocation design of yacht aton in Xiamen waters,and explores the principles and requirements of the allocation of aton in the navigation channels of yachts so as to ensure navigation safety.This study surely will contribute to improving the service ability of aton,guaranteeing the safety of yachts and promoting the local economic development.The Research Methodology and Content mainly include:1.According to the theory of slicing and the theory of ship sea keeping,and combined with the particularity of yacht movement,the ship motion equation of conventional displacement in heave and pitch in the condition of head sea is deduced,through which the state of yacht movement is analyzed,especially when near the marina or docked.According to the wave height equation,this paper also analyzes the influence of large vessel sailing nearby on yacht and the requirements for the height of yacht bridge.What's more,the efficiency of yacht atom is carefully evaluated based on the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.2.With the help of the questionnaire survey of yacht navigation needs(including yacht users,merchant ship operators and managers),and combined with the characteristics and distribution requirements of yacht activity areas in Xiamen waters,the setting of yacht aton used in various sailing areas is systematically studied.3.According to the model of ship following,the design equation of safe spacing of shipfollowing is presented under different security levels by introducing the yacht parameters such as sailing speed,ship dimensions,the driver reaction time,braking performance and safety coefficient etc.,through which the setting of yacht atom could be scientifically arranged for guaranteeing the safety management of yacht navigation.
