| This paper studies the quantitative evaluation methods and research of the aids to navigation efficacy. Based on the relevant research fruits in and outside China and expert consultation, And proposed a quantitative evaluation method for the efficacy of aids to navigation based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and constructed the indicator system, and decided the weight of every indicator so as to determine the value of every indicator. The principles and value processes in application are also clarified in this paper. From an example of quantitative evaluation of efficacy of aids to navigation in Chuanshan archipelago waters and distribution adjustment based on the results, this paper illustrates the application of this method and its effectiveness in quantitative evaluation of the efficacy of aids to navigation.This paper regards the fuzzy mathematic method as the best one in the quantitative evaluation of aids to navigation efficacy.This paper discusses the ways fuzzy synthesis evaluation is applied in evaluating the aids to navigation efficacy, and finally provides a scientific theory basis and research method to aids to navigation efficacy evaluation. |
