Research On The Whole Process Cost Management Of The Capital Institute Of Pediatrics Inpatient Building Renovation Project

With the continuous development of China's health undertakings and the gradual deepening of the reform of the medical and health system,the scale of hospitals has been expanding,and the investment projects in hospital capital construction and sporadic reconstruction and expansion projects have also increased year by year.Due to the whole process of hospital capital construction project management,any link of the failure may bring significant financial losses to the hospital.Controlling the cost of hospital capital construction is not only an important index to measure the level of comprehensive management of hospital construction,but also the main symbol to reflect the benefit of project investment.How to better strengthen the whole process cost management of medical reconstruction projects will become the work that municipal hospitals need to solve or improve in the next five to ten years.Hospitals should actively and scientifically control project investment,improve investment efficiency,reduce operating costs and promote the further development of medical and health engineering system.This paper mainly uses literature research method,case study method and induction and summary method to analyze.In the process of analyzing the research status and related theories at home and abroad,the literature research method is mainly used;the case study method is mainly used in the introduction and analysis of the whole process cost management of the renovation project of the First Child's Ward Building.Finally,the Countermeasures for improving the whole process cost management of the renovation project of the medical building are summarized and summarized.This paper is divided into five parts.First of all,this paper introduces the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,and describes the research methods and research contents in detail;secondly,it elaborates the theory of project cost and whole process cost management,which is the theoretical basis for this study,focusing on the scope of the research and related concepts;thirdly,through the Inpatient Building of the Capital Institute of Pediatrics.Taking the building renovation project as an example,this paper introduces the characteristics of the project,the difficulties of the project and the concrete measures of the whole process cost management from the project planning to the acceptance and transfer stage;analyses the whole process cost management measures of the project,summarizes the shortcomings that affect the cost management in the implementation process of the project;and finally puts forward reasonable and perfect countermeasures on the basis of the above research,which is beneficial to the future market.The hospital can draw lessons from the experience in the whole process of cost management of medical building reconstruction project,and reduce and control the cost of project more effectively from the construction link.
