Syntactic Analysis And Improvement On The Aging Of Outdoor Public Space In Old And Old Residential Areas

With the progress of family planning,the population structure of our country is developing rapidly towards the direction of aging,and other countries are also facing the severe problem of population aging.In view of the current level of economic development and people’s concept of providing for the aged,the mode of providing for the aged can no longer meet the increasing demand for the aged.Because of the restriction of economic development,social endowment also has a lot of problems.One of the important parts is the quality of the living environment of the elderly.Therefore,we need to study the living environment of the elderly.Outdoor public space in residential areas is a large part of the living environment,because this is the area directly entered by all residents,especially the elderly,who tend to spend more time in the public space than other occupants.However,because the old residential areas are designed during the non-aging society,there are many problems,which is not conducive to the use of the elderly.Most of the studies on the aging of public space in old and old residential areas are from the qualitative point of view,from the space environment,landscape,barrier-free design and other aspects,and the content of the research mainly focuses on the design of local space.The lack of research on the suitable aging of public space in residential area from the angle of overall spatial organization relationship makes the design of outdoor public space in many residential areas and the actual use of the elderly inconsistent with each other.In view of this,this paper introduces the theory of space syntax,which is regarded as the logical language to understand the spatial society of residential area.Its understanding of spatial configuration is related to human behavior,and it can describe quantitatively the configuration characteristics of space.It provides a new perspective and method for the study of outdoor public space suitable for aging in old residential areas.In addition,according to the interpretation of space syntax to the attribute in space,it leads to the accessibility of space,the recognition of space,the interactivity of space,which can be used to analyze the merits and demerits of outdoor public space in old residential areas.The selectivity of space,the safety of space and the rest of space.Then,according to the theory of space syntax and Depthmap analysis software,the elements of outdoor public space in Sifanf Experimental Community are analyzed quantitatively: road space,green space,public service facilities and square space.Finally,the quantitative analysis results of the space syntax of the outdoor public space in Sifang Experimental Community and the previous field investigation are comprehensively studied,and the contents and strategies of the design of the public space suitable for aging are summarized.In short,It is hoped that the new perspective of this paper on the design of outdoor public space in Sifang Experimental Community can help the outdoor public in old and old residential areas through quantitative data analysis and comprehensive analysis and feedback of field investigation.The improvement and promotion of space aging design.
