Research On Environmental Performance Optimization Design Of Outdoor Public Space In Residential Area Based On Syntax And Numerical Simulation

In recent years,large and medium-sized cities in the residential area of large-scale,high density,high-level trend.Residential space is complex,there are sunshine,ventilation and other microclimate conditions difficult to be guaranteed and other issues.The main function of the outdoor public space in the residential area is to meet the daily outdoor activities of the residents in the residential area and to provide activities for the various types of outdoor activities of the residents.In the context of the current lack of communication between residents in high-rise residential areas,comfortable outdoor public space can attract residents to participate in public activities,promote mutual exchanges,to stimulate the vitality of residential areas play an important role.In this paper,the function and necessity of outdoor public space in residential area are analyzed by means of literature investigation and field investigation.Secondly,the microclimate and accessibility of outdoor public space in Wuhan residential area are measured and analyzed.Outdoor public space thermal comfort and accessibility,evaluation of outdoor outdoor public space environmental performance.Then,the spatial stability of the residential area was analyzed by using the micro-climate simulation software(ENVI-met),and the outdoor reachability of the residential area was analyzed.The results were verified by the microclimate software in the residential area.Accuracy and Applicability of Spatial Microclimate and Spatial Syntax in the Analysis of Outdoor Space.On this basis,this paper constructs the design method of outdoor public space in residential area based on spatial syntax analysis and numerical simulation analysis.In this study,two different types of residential areas in Wuhan are taken as examples.The outdoor public space design method of residential area based on spatial syntax and numerical simulation is used.The environment of outdoor public space such as deterministic layout and peripheral layout Performance analysis,analysis of residential area outdoor public space design problems,and put forward the corresponding improvement strategy.Finally,the article summarizes and prospects the whole research work,and puts forward the shortcomings of this research and the future development direction of the research.
