Design Of Aging Adaptable Landscape In Health Care Community Based On Spatial Syntax

With the growing trend of population ageing in China,the problems of a large ageing population base,rapid growth rate and serious ageing are becoming more and more serious.The proportion of ageing in the community is increasing year by year,and the community landscape space is an important space for the elderly to live and interact in the community,which is mostly subjective and qualitative in traditional community design,mainly to meet the needs of ordinary people living in the community,with more emphasis on the unity of style and the beauty of visual effects.While the use of the space is mainly in line with the basic functions of the community,the ageing-friendly design is obviously lagging behind,resulting in the ageing-friendly design of community landscape space becoming one of the social problems that need to be solved nowadays.This thesis attempts to explore the necessary conditions that must be met in community landscapes to cope with an ageing population in the current social context,and to summarise the targeted needs of the elderly population in landscape spaces,and to consider current methods and suggestions for optimising the ageing of communities.In this thesis,Field Survey,questionnaire survey,spatial syntax analysis and other research methods,community landscape space for aging syntax variables,and through the analysis of the results of graphic space accessibility,identifiability,communicability,selectivity,security and space recreation,combined with the physical and mental characteristics of the elderly and behavior analysis,combined with the analysis of road space,square space,green space and public service facilities.The thesis tries to put forward the functional diagram of the community landscape space which is more suitable for the aged.Finally,the design strategy of community aging landscape space was put forward,and the example of the Community Landscape Design Project of Dongzhi County,Chizhou was taken as an example,the optimization of space structure,planting and communication space was carried out according to the relevant strategies,and the final results were analyzed.This thesis tries to combine the theory with the professional practice,hoping to improve the space adaptability of community landscape through the way of crossing many research methods,and try to provide some design strategies and methods of reference significance for the follow-up development of China’s endowment industry.
