| Aging has become a global trend,and the problem of aging in China is more serious.Most of the elderly live in old communities,and in situ pension is still the mainstream pension mode in China.In order to meet the needs of the elderly in-situ pension,the current resources of the community are used to create a high-quality living environment for the elderly.The state vigorously promotes the transformation of the old community,adopts the method of internal renewal to improve the space quality of the old community,and the transformation method suitable for aging meets the requirements of the internal transformation.At present,there is a lack of scientific methods to guide the research on the aging transformation of the public space in the old community,and more rely on subjective analysis and empirical judgment.Therefore,this thesis hopes to seek a scientific method to select the location and reasonable layout of the public space of the elderly activities from the needs of the elderly.In this thesis,the spatial design methods related to the elderly group are combed.It is found that the attention to the elderly is not only about the elderly group,but also the differences and compatibility between the elderly group and the non-elderly group,advocating the construction of a friendly and shared space environment.The space use of the elderly in different communities has the characteristics of time domain,regional and aggregation.Based on the point line plane space system,this thesis puts forward the suitable aging transformation strategy from the macro,meso and micro levels to create a walkable,pleasant environment,accessible,participatory and experiential community space.Through the research on the design of the three communities,the design process of space simulation verification transformation strategy simulation verification is constructed,which provides the method exploration for the future community planning and transformation. |
