With the development of national economy and the need of national construction,the role of engineering construction is increasing in the national economic construction.Especially for engineering compaction workplaces,road roller is mainly used for road compaction and paving.It is widely used in road,port,airport,hydropower and mine construction,etc.The process of traditional vibratory roller must be controlled by the driver,and the vibration work has a negative impact on the physical and mental.Therefore,it is necessary and urgent to improve the working environment,safety and comfort,to ensure the physical and mental health and even life of drivers.At the same time,facing the development of intelligent equipment industry,unmanned roller has incomparable advantages and application value.The paper analyses the present situation of roller and remote control mechanism,and takes XG6021 D double-wheel vibratory roller as a case study.And Investigation shows that there are some problems in operation,such as bad working environment and high labor intensity of drivers.In order to solve the existing problems,the roller is designed by remote control,which is realized by wireless communication.The paper done for following works:Based on the analysis of the overall structure,electrical system and hydraulic system of XG6021 D,the wireless remote control scheme of roller was given,and the overall structure of the remote control system is determined for the implementation of specific design and research.Firstly,the structure of the whole remote control system is analyzed,and the functional requirements of the remote control operation is determined.In order to meet the control signal function,the control scheme design is proposed,and the electronically controlled design of the remote control unit is given.Secondly,on the basis of the overall structure model of the system,the hardware platform is built,which mainly includes the selection of control chip,data acquisition module,driver module and wireless communication module.At the same time,the circuit of the hardware system is designed and analyzed.Finally,on the basis of hardware platform,the overall model of the software is designed,including the design of airborne terminal software and control interface,and the wireless communication of the system is completed.The debugging operation and test are carried out to meet the design requirements of the wireless remote control driving roller system,so as to verify the reliability and practicability of the system.
