With the development of China's economy,the demand for electricity is growing.and the stability of the power system is also higher when the grid capacity is increasing.In the context of building a strong smart grid and advocating green energy,clean energy is gradually replacing fossil fuels,new substations continue to build.The new substations reconstructed transmission lines must be checked phase before they are put into use to ensure the phase sequence is correct.It can be seen that phase experiment is a basic and important work in power system operation.The content of this paper is design of remote wireless high voltage phase detector.It is of great significance and practical value to reduce the waste of human resources and improve the safety of the work.China's existing nuclear phase device is mainly used for local,remote applications require real-time personnel contact.In this paper,the remote wireless phase detection system combined with GPS global positioning system technology,RF transmission technology,GPRS wireless data transmission technology,energy saving management technology and other related theories to achieve remote wireless phase detection.The remote wireless phase detector system consists of two parts: the reference side and the terminal side.The reference side and the terminal side are respectively provided with a signal collector and a receiving host.Both of the signal collector collect the zero crossing signal of the measured power line voltage from negative to positive axis(forward zero crossing signal).The forward zero crossing signal is transmitted to the receiving host in real time.Both of the receiving host start timing after the GPS module receive 1PPS.Receiving forward zero crossing signal sent by corresponding signal collector.Storing the first forward zero-crossing signal.The reference side will send the time information to the terminal to be measured,the terminal host will be measured at both sides of the time information on the comparison,the final show this detected result.The system adopts the waveform transformation and zero-crossing detection combination method.This method can be achieved that check phase at different voltage levels.1PPS is used as the reference datum of the reference side and the terminal side.It is good for improve the system detection accuracy.The signal collector uses STC89C51 as the controller,and uses 2.4G wireless high-speed transmission technology to realize the data transmission between the host and the receiver.The reference host and terminal host using MSP430 as the controller,and use GPRS wireless data transmission technology to realize the stable data transmission between the reference host and the terminal host.Analysis of the causes of interference,using the filter circuit and the wireless transmission module has strong anti-interference ability to reduce electromagnetic interference and improve the accuracy of system detection.
