Research On Risk Management Of Safety Production Of Substation In CC Metro Company

During the operation of the subway company,for a long period of time,the safety production of the substation has not attracted the attention of the upper management of the subway company.Especially in recent years,subway electric supply accidents occur frequently,which bring great security risks to subway companies and passengers,and even affect the credibility of the government and social stability.All these things urge the management personnel of the metro company to pay more attention to the safe production of substations,Prevention of all kinds of power supply accidents in substations,and eliminate all kinds of hidden dangers in the operation process.At present,the safety problem of substations in China's subway companies is still very serious,and it is urgent to strengthen the safety production management of substations in subway companies.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of the research on the safety production management of the substation of the Metro company,and studies the safety production management of the substation of the Metro by using the methods of case study,literature review and questionnaire survey.The LEC analysis method and fishbone diagram method,which are two theories of safety production management,are elaborated to further understand the theoretical knowledge of safety production management.Secondly,this paper uses the questionnaire to find out the important risk points in the production process of the substation of CC Metro company,and carries out LEC evaluation on the important risk points,analyzes the typical safety accident cases of CC Metro company,In the end,the two production safety management problems of CC metro substations are summarized.Finally,according to the analysis of the problems,we propose targeted improvement measures.Combining with the establishment of the promotion goal of safety production management and the evaluation of its effect,it is found that the goal of improving safety production management and reducing the probability of safety accidents has been achieved.At the same time,it provides a reference and reference for other subway companies to enhance the safety production management of substations.
