Study On Safety Production Management Of Coating Workshop In QJ Co.,Ltd

Production safety has not been paid due attention during the production and operation of enterprises in a considerable period of time.Especially in recent years,frequent production accidents of enterprises have brought great personal injury and property losses to the enterprises themselves,their own employees and the surrounding people,and even affected enterprise management and social stability.All these have encouraged the enterprise managers to pay more attention to the production safety,prevent the occurrence of various accidents,eliminate the potential safety hazards in the production process and ensure the personal and property safety of personnel.At present,production safety is still a very serious problem in our country.The production and operation of enterprises is partly influenced by production safety.Therefore,to strengthen the production safety management occupies an increasingly important position in the overall production and operation activities of enterprises.This paper is to study the current production safety management of the coating workshop in QJ Co.,Ltd.,whose new base coating workshop has been just put into operation,and all kinds of safety management are not in perfect situation,to find out the current production management deficiencies of the coating workshop,to put forward the problem-solving suggestions,and to formulate coating workshop safety management research program through safety production theory and workshop practice combined.To begin with,the paper is to figure out the background and significance of the research on safety production management in coating workshop,to sum up the domestic and foreign research status,research methods and content,and to use the methods of archival research,questionnaires,case analysis,LEC and other methods to carry out safety production management research.Furthermore,by using predecessors' mature production safety management theories and results,the research is to briefly introduce production process,and the current safety production risk management status of the coating workshop in QJ Co.,Ltd.,including the basic description of the coating workshop,accident statistics,safety production rules and regulations,and production process risk identification control,safety production management system,safety responsibilities,equipment and facilities,operating environment management and personnel safety management in the workshop frame section,etc.It is to obtain the first-hand information from the coating workshop through questionnaires,and use the LEC evaluation method to analyze and evaluate the 18 major risks existing in the coating workshop,which may lead to accidents.After analyzing the typical safety accidents and major risks that occurred in coating workshops in the past two years,this paper is to find out the main problems of the coating workshop in personnel management,equipment and facilities management,operation environment management,workshop safety standards,and workshop safety culture.By using safety-related production management theories and methods,it is to provide suggestions and improvement measures to address and improve safety production management and reduce safety accidents through optimizing the safety management system in the coating workshop.At the same time,it is to provide reference for the improvement of safety production management of other companies.
