In the new century,it has high-speed development in construction in China.It has been booming in the construction industry.In the construction site,it has more and more prominent problems in safety production management.According to the Ministry of construction in China,in 2015 there are about 30 million construction workers.The accident mortality rate of construction workers was 0.03% and the injury and disability proportion rate is higher.Although the country has issued a series of regulations to control the construction safety risk,from the current point of view,the reasons which caused the construction site of a series of safety problems and risks are more systematic and complicated.What caused these problems? how can we to evaluate the safety? It is an important realistic problem.It applied the fishbone diagram method and analytic hierarchy process.From the construction project,we conducted a comprehensive research on the construction site,management,and environmental factors.It analyzed the most frequent six accidents of the construction site,which are falling accident,lifting injury one,mechanical injury one,objects against ones,electric shock ones,the collapse.It can be concluded that all kinds of safety accidents are not only closely related to the whole construction site,but also closely related to the safety risk management of the whole project.Therefore,in order to avoid all kinds of safety accidents,project managers must pay attention to improve the safety risk management level and ability of construction site.The paper combined evaluate the partial analysis with system combination.In 6 different respects which are the safety production management system,health care institutions,risk management,security management and security technology field management.According to the relevant requirements of the project construction site safety risk management,understand the actual evaluation index system according to the actual weight of AHP analytic hierarchy process the calculation model of each index.We conduct in-depth analysis of the three projects in China Construction Eighth Engineering Division,which are namely North Sichuan Road 108 road project,the sea case two Residence Internazionale project,Su River intercontinental center project.It detailed evaluation analysis model of risk management for the three projects,in order to guarantee the model analysis the practicability and feasibility.Finally,according to the requirements of accident control and accident prevention of proposed safety risk management strategies,including subcontract management,health and safety management,site management,safety management system implementation and improvement are put forward the corresponding countermeasures,at the same time to the construction site of the accident,accident prevention,accident suppression all proposed has a certain universality of the measures.In the rapid development of current construction,we apply the fishbone analysis method and AHP(analytic hierarchy process)as the research method.It analyses the construction site safety risk management status.In the point of project management view,in order to realize the security risk management and risk control goal,the paper established a system evaluation model of safety risk management.It takes China Construction Eighth Engineering Division Corp.Ltd as a Case.the field investigation combined with model analysis and evaluation,it found the problems such as the existence of project: the construction site management is a security risk,subcontract management is not standardized,safety risk institutions unreasonable,labor protection and safety problems of production technology.Finally,we summarizes and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
