With the deepening of the reform of power industry and the rapid development of power grid construction, electric power business management from theory to practice will need continuous improvement, and promote the sustainable development of enterprises. Safety work is the eternal theme of the power enterprises, and the overall situation of the electricity business survival and development. China’s power enterprises in the security management has made certain achievements, but still a certain gap and the development of the grid cause. The construction of the electrical safety system is prerequisite and guarantee on safety management which is scientific and standardized.In this paper, the writer uses the theory of essential safety to analysis the issues systematically on electricity production and safety management of Chao yang supply company. Based on the complex social system interactive, harmony analysis, this paper establishs a system safety coupling model. And then, through the basic interaction relationship, standard interaction relationship, culture interaction relationship of the three main areas of the annalysis, it finds that the company have many problems in the electricity production and safety management. This article suggests targeted measures to realize the three kind of intrinsic safety. This article puts forward to referencing views to the company’s management. These studies provide advice on how to improve the electricity production and safety management level of Chaoyang supply company. At the same time, those views is conducive to the development and progress of the Chaoyang supply company.
