Performance management,the core content of human resource management which is the key subsystem of modern enterprise internal management system,has been widely recognized by enterprises all over the world with its scientific and effective promotion to industry development.And performance management.As an important management tool for enterprise,performance management has developed from traditional performance evaluation tool into a systematic,scientific and efficient strategic performance management system.FAW Bus Co.,LTD.established the performance management system in 2012,and formulated the corresponding performance management system and related procedures,and achieved certain results in the practice.For example,the traditional “big pot rice” phenomenon of the company has been broken,the career growth channels of employees have been further clarified,and the overall management level and management efficiency of the company have been improved.However,with the development of the enterprise,the original performance management system and procedures are not suitable for the actual production and operation of the enterprise,which leads to a series of problems,such as form over substance,unreasonable content,assessment standards unspecific,lack of performance communication and the incentive effect of performance results application not obvious.Through analysis,the above problems are caused by the unreasonable formulation of performance indicators,the lack of organization and system guarantee of performance assessment,the unobjective assessment results,the unsmooth communication and feedback channels,the imperfect performance management system,the imperfect scope and application intensity of performance assessment results and other reasons.Managerial staffs are the people who exercise management functions,command or coordinate others to complete specific tasks in an organization,and their work performance is crucial to the company's business development.This paper focuses on the study about solution of problems in the process of performance management of managerial staffs.This paper carries out an in-depth analysis of the current situation of performance management of managerial staffs of FAW Bus Co.,LTD.,sorts out the existing problems,and studies the root causes of the problems and improves the managerial staffs performance management plan according to the causes of the problems.First,define the departments responsible for making plans,carry out the formulation of performance plans based on the actual situation,and set performance indicators in a scientific and reasonable manner.Second,offer corresponding guidance to the implementation subject while executing performance management according to the plan.Third,as a key link to evaluate the level of performance management,performance evaluation should be clear about the evaluation content,evaluation cycle,evaluation group,evaluation unit,evaluation process,evaluation standard,classification rules,and evaluation results.Fourth,according to the performance evaluation results,timely offer feedback and application,help employees identify deficiencies and formulate improvement measures.And the evaluation results should be applied in salary,promotion,post adjustment,training and other aspects according to the plan.Fifth,build the corresponding guarantee system of culture guarantee,organization guarantee and training guarantee,so as to ensure the smooth progress and effectiveness of the company's performance management plan,improve the management level of the company's management personnel and lay a good foundation for realizing the overall strategic objectives by the efficient performance management
