| Especially in recent years,performance has become more and more important in company management practices.Establishing a sound enterprise management system will help improve the level of enterprise management,improve the incentive management mechanism of the enterprise,and improve the overall level of the enterprise and its market competitiveness.Therefore,establishing a scientific and effective performance management system in corporate management,implementing reasonable performance management,evaluating employee performance objectively and impartially,improving corporate performance is the key to achieving and strengthening corporate strategic performance goals,and it can also give full play to the company’s market competition.Advantages,and further promote the company to achieve sustainable development.This thesis intends to deeply analyze the existing problems of the enterprise,by using Questionnaire and AHP analysis,on the points of the current situation of sales consultant performance management of the Ruixiang 4S store of Shanxi province.According to the research and analysis,there are incomplete design of performance indicators in the performance management of sales consultants in Ruixiang 4S store in the Shanxi province,such as lack of participation of evaluation objects,lack of sound communication mechanism,lack of commander for performance monitoring and guidance,unscientific evaluation system,and unreasonable evaluation cycle,lack of formal feedback of interviews,and poor application of performance appraisal results,etc.Combined with the actual situation,this article designed a full set of sales plan and performance management plan for Ruixiang 4S store,developing from the four links of performance plan,performance monitoring and guidance,performance appraisal and performance feedback.Finally,by improving the four aspects of organization,system,culture,and funding,it can be sure that the performance management system will fully play its important role,which can be used to enormously mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,improve the relationship between employees,help the company to survive the freezing period of the market safely and enhance the long-term stability of 4S stores. |
