Abstract/Summary:
Nowadays,the faster the development of global information and economy,the fierce r the impact from international market on entity marketing,enterprises can survive in complex environment by enhancing their adaptability and competitiveness.Therefore,more and more sales companies have begun to enhance their strength by improving organizational performance and productivity,the most extensive of which are layoffs,organizational restructuring,diversion,etc.This paper takes the marketing personnel of SY Energy Sales Company,which is a representative in the energy industry,as the research object to discuss the performance problems and solutions in strategic management.The author puts forward a plan for SY Energy Sales Company which is currently in a critical period of development to improve its performance management in order to advance its work efficiency and productivity,lift its high-quality development and provide reference for the same industry.Based on the performance management of marketing personnel in SY Energy Sales Company where the author works,the main ideas of the paper are described in the following parts.In the introduction,the research background and methods are introduced.Firstly,it introduces the related theories and methods of performance management and improvement in theory,laying a theoretical foundation for the cause analysis of the following problems and the proposal of countermeasures.Secondly,the author introduces SY Energy Sales Company’s marketing staff performance management.Thirdly,the problems in the current performance management and the reasons are put forward,Such as emphasizing the team but ignoring individuals,vague performance indicators,dissatisfaction with the evaluation results,not being encouraged in time,and the reasons for these problems;Fourthly,the fourth part is to establish 360-degree performance assessment main body by establishing scientific performance goals and standards,strengthen performance feedback and communication,and strengthen the feedback and application of assessment results in order to improve the old performance management methods combining theory and practice.The purpose is to improve the level of human resource management and achieve the strategic goals of the enterprise.At the same time,it also hopes to provide some ideas and reference for the improvement of the performance management of other enterprises of the same type.
