Research On Supply Chain Risk Assessment Of DZ Enterprises

Supply chain is an indispensable link for enterprises.During the operation of the supply chain,due to the large number of links in the supply chain,the complex composition of personnel involved,and the cumbersome procedures,enterprises will encounter various problems during the operation of the supply chain.These problems often lurk in the entire supply chain process,and because they do not cause excessive losses,enterprises often adopt a "temporary rather than permanent" approach to management.With the outbreak of the COVID-19 in Wuhan in 2019,even though it has been effectively controlled by the government,there are always "fish left behind".As a result,successive infections have occurred in various cities,and major enterprises have had to suspend their operations,resulting in significant losses.However,it is precisely because of the outbreak of the epidemic that various enterprises have begun to reexamine the role of supply chains,and they no longer ignore the problems existing in the supply chain,starting to gradually address the root causes of the problems.DZ enterprise is an automobile manufacturing enterprise in Shanghai,which suffered a heavy blow during the outbreak of the COVID-19.The reason is the potential risk of the supply chain.Therefore,in order to study the impact of supply chain risks on enterprises,this article selects representative DZ enterprises.Using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods to understand the risk components of their supply chain,as well as the impact of each risk on the enterprise,to propose corresponding countermeasures to address the risk issues in their supply chain.Firstly,using the method of investigation and research,authoritative representatives were invited to conduct a questionnaire survey.The survey results were used as the basis for AHP valuation.The survey results showed that the current supply chain risks of DZ enterprises include six categories: supply risk,production process risk,logistics and distribution risk,partnership risk,market risk,and environmental risk;Secondly,the evaluation model is established using AHP assignment.The research shows that the overall risk level of the supply chain of DZ enterprise is between average and high risk,and environmental risk is currently the largest factor in the supply chain risk of DZ enterprise,followed by supply risk,market risk,production process risk,cooperation risk,and logistics and distribution risk.Through a series of investigations and studies,this article has obtained the current composition factors of supply chain risk and the degree of impact of supply chain risk on DZ enterprises,providing a theoretical basis for DZ enterprises to more clearly recognize their own supply chain risks and the degree of risk caused by various factors to the enterprise;At the same time,this article proposes its own solutions for the supply chain risks of DZ enterprises,which can bring certain reference value to enterprises;In addition,supply chain management has received renewed attention.This article selects representative DZ enterprises,which enriches existing literature and has certain implications for risk assessment and prevention in other industries.
