Research On Informatization Promoting The Upgrade Path Of Equipment Manufacturing Industry In Heilongjiang Province

Heilongjiang Province is an old industrial base in Northeast China.In recent years,affected by the factors of system and development mode,the equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province has developed slowly and the upgrading of industry has been slow.Its level is still in the industrial stage of 3.0 or even 2.0.There is still a big gap between industrial level and 4.0.Therefore,corresponding measures must be taken as soon as possible to promote the optimization and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province.In recent years,Germany's "Industrial 4.0" has developed rapidly.At the same time,China has put forward the "Made in China 2025" plan.Intelligent manufacturing and other information-based means to promote industrial upgrading will become the future direction of manufacturing development.Heilongjiang equipment manufacturing industry should grasp the current development opportunities,rely on the extensive and in-depth application of information technology in equipment manufacturing industry to further upgrade and enhance the overall strength of the industry.In this context,this paper proposes that relying on information technology to promote the upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province is the fundamental way to realize the rapid development of industry and economy in Heilongjiang Province.This paper uses the relevant knowledge of economics to conduct research,and expounds the current situation of equipment manufacturing industry upgrading promoted by informationization in Heilongjiang Province,and finds that there are some problems,such as imperfect informationization policy system,slow informationization upgrading of state-owned enterprises,backward development of network intelligence,low level of informationization innovation and serious shortage of information technology talents,which further hinder the promotion of equipment manufacturing industry by informationization.Upgrade process.Through the establishment of empirical model,the total factor productivity of equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province is measured,and the impact of technological progress and technological efficiency on the change of total factor productivity is analyzed,which provides theoretical basis and basis for the formulation of path and policy.At the same time,based on the current situation and existing problems,and on the theoretical basis of empirical model analysis,the specific path of informationization promoting equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province is analyzed,including production equipment informationization,production process informationization,product informationization and service informationization.Through the above analysis,this paper summarizes the safeguard measures of information upgrade of equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province,including strengthening the protection of information patents,enhancing the power of information upgrade of state-owned enterprises in equipment manufacturing industry,deepening the development of intelligent manufacturing,broadening the financing channels of enterprises and perfecting the excitement in the construction of multi-channel investment and financing mechanism based on information technology.In the aspect of encouraging policy and promoting enterprise's technological innovation and informatization participation,we should speed up the construction of technological innovation research and development mechanism and actively participate in the informatization market.In the aspect of information technology talent support,we should improve the quality of informatization talents and actively introduce informatization talents,so as to promote the rapid upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province by informatization.
