Mechanism Of Equipment Manufacturing Industry Upgrading Under The Background Of Artificial Intelligence

The convening of Hannover Messe 2013 attracts widespread attention to the concept of "Industry 4.0".Industry 4.0 emphasizes promoting industrial reform with information technology.As a representative technology,artificial intelligence is closely related to industrial development.The research on related issues in the process of industrialization needs to be combined with the background of the information age.The equipment manufacturing industry,which provides equipment for the production of various sectors of the economy,is the core of the industry and the pillar industry of economic growth.Equipment manufacturing industry has a high degree of industrial correlation and technological content,and its products have high added value.It is an important link to transform traditional industries with advanced science and technology,and a carrier of the high integration of modern informatization and industrialization.Therefore,technology and equipment is the goal of industrial developed countries.Since entering the information age,developed countries still attach great importance to the development of equipment manufacturing industry.For developing countries,economic growth depends on the progress of industrialization.China is at the stage of middle industrialization at present.Compared with developed countries,our technology innovation capability of equipment manufacturing industry,the enterprise management mechanism and product competitiveness has not got the same level.We need to take artificial intelligence in command and develop the equipment manufacturing industry.This paper is based on the actual development of the equipment manufacturing industry in our country,the theory of economic growth and industrial upgrading theory,technological innovation,industrial upgrading theory,combined with literature study,comparative analysis,quantitative analysis and empirical approach,focuses on mechanism of artificial intelligence affecting equipment manufacturing industrial upgrading.The overall scale of China’s equipment manufacturing industry is stable,the operation is good,and the economic development indicators are optimistic.However,the proportion of export delivery value is declining day by day,and the absorption and digestion after technology introduction need to be improved.The development of China’s equipment manufacturing industry is still faced with the dilemma of gradually disappearing comparative advantage,core technology controlled by others,independent weak innovation ability,and international competitiveness to be improved.As is analyzed in this paper,the artificial intelligence development level,constructs the index system of artificial intelligence development and equipment manufacturing industry upgrading index,select the equipment manufacturing industry from2007 to 2016 the seven subdivision industry panel data empirical research,the results show that the artificial intelligence level of the equipment manufacturing industry industrial upgrading has significantly promote effect,in addition,indicators like foreign direct investment,government participation,urbanization level,human capital stock also have a corresponding effect.The results are proved reliable among endogenous and robustness inspection.Finally,based on the research results and conclusions,suggestions are put forward for the development of China’s equipment manufacturing industry at the national,industrial and enterprise levels.
