Study On Competitiveness Evaluation Of Chongqing Shipping Center

With the development strategy of the national "one way",the Yangtze River economic belt,the shipping economy of Chongqing has maintained rapid growth in the new normal environment,and the shipping center of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River has been in shape.The important role of the economic development of the upper reaches of Chongqing and the upper reaches of the Yangtze River is further strengthened..However,compared with world-class coastal shipping centers,the inland shipping center in Chongqing is still in its initial stage.The overall performance is that the traditional shipping service function needs to be promoted,the construction of modern shipping service system is relatively lagged,the structure of shipping collection and transportation needs to be optimized,the resources allocation ability of shipping industry,shipping development policy,law,science and technology,talent construction and so on need to be further strengthened.Around the strategic target of building Chongqing into a "service + radiation" shipping center in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River,based on the implementation of the advice on speeding up the construction of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River,an objective evaluation is made to the comprehensive competitiveness of the current Chongqing shipping center,the key constraints are identified,and the improvement measures have an important reality significance.This thesis first combs the related research status of the shipping center at home and abroad,and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the Chongqing shipping center from the economic situation,infrastructure,capacity structure and shipping service system of the Chongqing shipping center.On this basis,the evaluation index system of Chongqing shipping center competitiveness of Chongqing shipping center,composed of port natural conditions,port economic situation,port infrastructure,service system,policy environment and so on,and 18 two level indicators is constructed,and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to carry out an example evaluation.Through evaluation,it is shown that the shipping of Chongqing shipping center is carried out.The center has good port conditions and policy environment,but the guarantee of infrastructure and service system is still short.It is necessary to further improve the construction of port infrastructure and corresponding supporting service system,such as finance,transaction,insurance and transaction.
