| The Yangtze River is one of the most important inland waterway shipping channels in China.For many years,the freight volume of the Yangtze River has ranked first in the world inland river,with remarkable advantages in water transportation and great development potential.The Yangtze River flows through three major regions,spanning the east,middle and west of China,providing good logistics support for the regions along the route and promoting the exchanges and economic development of the coastal areas.The shipping center is the core support point of the shipping system,and it is also an important cornerstone for exerting the shipping advantages of the Yangtze River golden waterway and promoting the development of the Yangtze River Economic belt.With the in-depth implementation of the national "One Belt,One Road" and the Yangtze River Economic Belt strategy,the construction of Chongqing Upper Yangtze River Shipping Center is steadily advancing,but there is still a big gap compared with the developed shipping centers at home and abroad.Therefore,it is of great significance to grasp the current comprehensive strength of Chongqing Upper Yangtze River Shipping Center,find out the shortcomings in its development process,study the core factors affecting its comprehensive strength,and put forward the path to improve its comprehensive strength in order to promote the faster and better construction of Chongqing Upper Yangtze River Shipping Center.This paper first defines the connotation of shipping center and comprehensive strength of shipping center,and sorts out the types and functions of shipping center.The type and function orientation of Chongqing Upper Yangtze River shipping center are defined,and then the development status of Chongqing upper Yangtze River shipping center is analyzed.The comprehensive strength evaluation index system of shipping center is constructed,which includes infrastructure condition,collection and distribution system,urban support ability,operation ability,economic soft environment and development potential.The shipping center in the middle reaches of Wuhan Yangtze River and Shanghai International Shipping Center along the Yangtze River are selected as comparative evaluation objects,and the basic situation of these two shipping centers is introduced.The CRITIC method,entropy weight method and coefficient of variation method are used to determine the weight of evaluation indicators.In addition,TOPSIS method is used to evaluate the dimensional strength and comprehensive strength of the three shipping centers respectively,and the relative level of the dimensional strength and comprehensive strength of the Chongqing Upper Yangtze River shipping center is obtained.Finally,in order to improve the comprehensive strength of Chongqing Upper Yangtze River shipping center,qualitative comparative analysis method is used to find out the core single antecedent condition and the combination of antecedent condition that affect the comprehensive strength of Chongqing Upper Yangtze River shipping center.The results show that the infrastructure conditions and urban support capacity of Chongqing Upper Yangtze River Shipping Center are at the middle level among the shipping centers along the Yangtze River,the strength of the collection and distribution system is the strongest,and its operation capacity,economic soft environment and development potential are the weakest.The comprehensive strength of Chongqing upper Yangtze River shipping center is much lower than that of Shanghai shipping center and slightly higher than that of Wuhan shipping center;The analysis of influencing factors shows that infrastructure condition is the single core antecedent condition,and infrastructure condition,collection and distribution system,and urban support ability are the most important combination of core antecedent conditions that affect the comprehensive strength of shipping center.Therefore,in order to improve the comprehensive strength of Chongqing Upper Yangtze River Shipping Center,the development path is proposed from three aspects: infrastructure,collection and distribution system and urban support ability. |
