| Recently,Chongqing government has approved Chongqing Shipping Center Development Planning.According to the planning,Chongqing will be prepare and issue shipping Index timely.It is vital to improve Chongqing shipping industry.Regarding to Chongqing shipping marketing share and current resource,it will be ok to prepare and issue shipping Index.This dissertation’s view is based on Chongqing shipping market investigation.Chongqing shipping Index include: Chongqing shipping Container Index,Chongqing shipping Dry Index,Chongqing shipping Climate Index.Firstly,this paper introduce the main shipping index in domestic and overseas,then summarizes the main problems that should be solved related with index calculation;according to the Plentiful material and data obtained from investigation,the paper summarizes the actually of Chongqing shipping market,including the development process of service in Chongqing port,shipping routes,shipping companies and so on.Based on this work,according to foundational methods,principles for index calculation and the characteristics of freight indices,choosing the shipping price style,selecting the calculation formula and the base period,deciding the issue frequency and so on.The result of this dissertation has significant instructional meanings for practical calculation of Chongqing shipping index system in the near future. |
