Research On Building Operation And Maintenance Management Used In BIM And Big Data

At present,At this stage,the traditional building operation and maintenance management method is relatively simple,often using a large amount of manpower and time costs.In the more repetitive and mechanical work,the digital level of data information is generally low,and the utilization rate of building life cycle information is not high.There is a high cost and low efficiency when the building enters the operation and maintenance stage.From birth to development in a short period of more than ten years,BIM technology has been rapidly applied and developed in the construction industry,'and is widely recognized,mainly used in the design stage of the building,and rarely continues into the subsequent process of the building life cycle.Therefore,applying BIM technology to the stage of building operation and maintenance,collecting and sorting data through BIM technology,forming a database of architectural projects has certain theoretical basis and practical significance.Therefore,This paper summarizes the current situation of the application of BIM technology in the whole life cycle of construction projects at home and abroad,and uses the literature research method,case study method and comparative research method to analyze and study the BIM technology in the construction operation and maintenance stage.Analyze the method,advantage and value based on BIM technology in the stage of building operation and maintenance management.On this basis,some problems exist in the actual public building project-office operation and maintenance management stage.In summary,this paper depends on a successful domestic application of BIM technology in the whole life cycle of the building to explore the feasibility of the application of BIM technology in the construction operation and maintenance stage,which focuses on property management,facility equipment management and operation management.The data collected by the BIM technology is extended and stored in a standardized manner,so that it is easy to extract and invest in other aspects and reuse it to form a unique database for the construction,which provides guidance for subsequent management and planning work,and has certain practical significance.
