Application Research Of BIM Technology In Operation And Maintenance Management Of Industrial Buildings

With the development of urbanization and the development of science and technology,industrial buildings have developed from a single chemical industrial plant to a diversified,urban-designed,high-tech industrial complex.It has high professionalism,complex structure,and many difficult operations and management breakthroughs Obstacles,lack of synergy and systemicity among various departments,and low level of informatization have led to the stagnant level of industrial building operation and maintenance management.The BIM technology has been promoted and developed at home and abroad to be used throughout the building’s life cycle,but its overall applicability is low in the later operation and maintenance phases of the building.However,the introduction of BIM technology into the operation and maintenance management stage of industrial buildings has a profound effect on both the industrial building itself and the development of BIM technology.This article summarizesand analyzes the relevant theories and research materials on BIM and industrial construction,adopts research methods such as literature analysis,analytical research,and case analysis to apply BIM to industrial building operation and maintenance.Analytical research was carried out in the management stage.This paper analyzes the current status and existing problems of industrial construction in the operation and maintenance management stage,as well as the application advantages of BIM technology in the industrial construction operation and maintenance management stage.Based on this,this article discusses equipment facility code management as the main function of the operation and maintenance platform,summarizes the path of equipment asset code management,attempts to build an industrial building operation and maintenance management system platform framework,and applies the functions of each system.Finally,this article analyzes the application of BIM to the operation and maintenance management phase of industrial buildings through a practical case,and proves that compared with traditional operation and maintenance management,the introduction of BIM has certain necessity and advantages.This article from the perspective of solving practical problems,applied BIM to industrial building operation and maintenance management for a preliminary exploration,tried to build a system framework of the operation and maintenance management platform,summarized the implementation path of equipment code management,and the future industrial building operation Dimension management has a certain reference role.
