| In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy and urbanization construction,people’s living standards have improved significantly,and people’s demand for living and working environment has gradually increased.Large-scale buildings such as urban communities and commercial complexes have increased in volume.Its diversified functions and personalization are becoming more and more prominent,which brings new challenges and opportunities to construction operation and maintenance management.Therefore,this thesis is based on the advantages of BIM technology visualization,simulatable features,real-time perception of IoT technology,and Internet of Things.From the pain points and needs of construction operation and maintenance management,BIM and IoT technology are used in construction operation and maintenance management.Research on the application of the application,put forward a new model applicable to the construction operation and maintenance management at the current stage,and design a construction operation and maintenance management system based on BIM and the Internet of Things,with a view to improving the efficiency of construction operation and maintenance management and realizing corporate value.The main research work of this thesis is divided into three parts:The first part,through elaborating the research background,purpose and significance,and combing the relevant research in the literature,put forward the focus of this research.The second part discusses the feasibility of the integration of BIM and Internet of Things technology to solve the problems of passive construction operation and maintenance management,difficult information acquisition and transmission,and lack of visualization from the theoretical research and practical application.The construction operation and maintenance management mode of the Internet of Things is evaluated.The third part,based on the requirements of the construction operation and maintenance management system and the system design principles and technical architecture,designs the data management layer,business core layer,decision layer,and collaborative application layer to form a complete system framework.Finally,the system is designed for the realization of the core functions of space,equipment,energy and security.With the help of practical cases,it shows the application of BIM and Internet of Things technology in construction operation and maintenance management.Through value engineering analysis,it proves that BIM and Internet of Things The value of technology in construction operation and maintenance management.In this study,through the combination of theory and empirical,using BIM and Internet of Things technology to achieve a visual and simulatable management mode of construction operation and maintenance management,it breaks the limitations of information perception and recognition,and effectively improves the efficiency and level of construction operation and maintenance management.Realize the intelligent and active construction operation and maintenance management through the four major system functions,and provide certain help for accelerating the realization of smart buildings and smart cities. |
