Against the backdrop of the national advocacy for energy conservation and emission reduction,green buildings have become the direction of development in the construction industry.Currently,research on green buildings often starts from the perspective of the entire life cycle,but the research on the maintenance and operation stage,which has a long cycle and high importance,is still lacking.This study conducted relevant literature search and analysis on the maintenance and operation stage of green buildings,and established a safety management evaluation system for the maintenance and operation stage of green buildings to address this issue.First of all,in the selection process of indicators,based on rooted theory,combined with Vivo data analysis software,the green building operation and maintenance stage management evaluation index system is scientifically and systematically selected,and a total of seven first-level indicators and 25 second-level indicators of green building operation and maintenance stage safety management evaluation index system is established,mainly covering building physical performance,energy efficiency and safety management,property safety management,equipment and facility safety,information technology security,organizational structure and manpower allocation,user experience.Secondly,the questionnaire survey was used to obtain the original data and calculate the weight of each index,12 survey data were used in the analytic hierarchy part,and the importance of each indicator was evaluated according to expert experience due to the non-quantifiability of the evaluation index in the entropy weight method,and the questionnaire results were analyzed and calculated as the original data,and the comprehensive weight was obtained by combining AHP-entropy weight,and the gray cluster evaluation was adopted as the evaluation method of this study due to the grayness of the evaluation index system.An evaluation model of the central point triangular whitening weight function was established.Finally,in the case study stage,a green building project in Qingdao is taken as the case study object,and the evaluation model established above is used to evaluate it.By introducing the project design,construction,operation and maintenance and other materials and details to the expert group,the expert group scored and judged the safety management evaluation level of each safety management in the operation and maintenance stage of the project,combined with the gray albino right evaluation method,the five gray coefficients were 0,0,0.153,0.847 and 0,and the evaluation results of the project were calculated to be good.This paper establishes a green building safety management evaluation system in the operation and maintenance stage,applies gray clustering to the evaluation method,verifies its scientificity and rationality through examples,studies and discusses the theory of sustainable development of green buildings,provides a reference basis for safety management evaluation and operation and maintenance research in the later green building operation and maintenance stage,and contributes to the further development of green buildings in China.
