Operation and maintenance phase takes the longest period and costs the most in the building lifecycle.The smart building operation and maintenance management provides efficient building management services and intelligent user services for residents by merging multiple technologies(the Internet of Things,Edge Computing,Big Data and so on),thereby improving the efficiency of operation and maintenance and reducing expenditure costs.Data is the foundation for providing services of smart building operation and maintenance management.Traditional data management works have utilized the Internet of Things,Building Information Model,Artificial Intelligence and other technologies to realize visualizing and intelligent management of the whole data lifecycle,thereby significantly improving the efficiency of operation and maintenance.However,these centralized management methods are difficult to guarantee data security and data credibility.Blockchain technology can realize safe and reliable data management,provide reliable data for smart building operation and maintenance management applications.However,existing blockchain-based researches have the following problems.On the one hand,full-copy storage mechanism of blockchain and management requirements of massive building operation and maintenance data have brought computing and storage challenges to edge nodes with limited resources.On the other hand,under the blockchain architecture,blockchain transaction is a special data.The data storage related to one operation and maintenance event involves the consensus on blockchain transaction,while existing researches ignore the impact of event on transaction data,and lack the strategy for efficient transaction processing.Sharding-based blockchain utilizes sharding technology to offload the workload of processing transactions and storing data to different shards,thereby effectively relieving the pressure of computing and storage for nodes.This paper studies the data management technology for smart building operation and maintenance based on sharding-based blockchain,thereby reducing computing overhead and storage overhead of edge nodes,realizing the efficient response to operation and maintenance transaction data.The research contents and main contributions are as follows:1.Data management framework with sharding-based blockchain for smart building operation and maintenance is proposed,which can provide corresponding modules and interfaces to realize safe and reliable management functions.The proposed data management framework is verified in the operation and maintenance project of a building.2.Operation and maintenance data management method based on sharding-based blockchain is designed.The hybrid storage mechanism based on blockchain and Inter-Planetary File System is adopted to ensure trusted storage for on-chain and off-chain data.Sharding algorithm is designed to construct sharding-based blockchain network,which can divide the whole network into multiple shards for data management,thereby effectively reducing the computing overhead and storage overhead of edge nodes in blockchain.3.Multi-priority strategy for processing transaction data based on sharding-based blockchain is designed,which can dynamically adjust the processing order of transaction data based on event’s priority and urgency,thereby achieving reasonable and rapid response for transaction data. |
