At present,the building energy consumption in operation and maintenance period is huge in China,but the energy consumption management is relatively backward.It is mainly focusing on the monitoring and statistics of the energy consumption of individual buildings,which cannot support accurate energy diagnosis and management,and is difficult to achieve energy consumption saving and control.Introducing new technologies such as BIM,cloud computing,and big data to realize the digitization and intelligentization of energy consumption management during operation and maintenance can change the situation.However,energy management based on BIM and big data is data-driven and requires detailed and accurate data as its support.The building energy management includes static data of various facilities and equipment and dynamic monitoring data of massive growth,resulting in complex data sources,different structures,dynamic growth,massive storage,and uneven data quality.There are many technical bottlenecks in the integration of multi-source heterogeneous data,the massive data storage of dynamic increase,and data cleaning,mining and application.Therefore,the management of energy consumption data during operation and maintenance is crucial.In response to the problems above,this study comprehensively applies the theories and technologies of BIM,cloud computing,big data,ontology,etc.,and conductied systematic research on the theoretical methods,system architecture,key technologies,and supporting platforms of BIM-based big data management of energy consumption during operation and maintenance.Firstly,characteristics of energy consumption management data during operation and maintenance period are analized,and a BIMbased architecture of big data management system for energy consumption during operation and maintenance period is proposed,which provides a theoretical basis and technical path for key technology research and platform development.Based on the classification and characteristics of energy consumption management data during building operation and maintenance period,the ontology modeling method of building energy consumption management data is studied,and an ontology-based energy consumption management data model for building operation and maintenance period is constructed,and the BIM model of building,electromechanical equipment and multisource heterogeneous data fusion such as monitoring system.A distributed data storage model based on the ontology data model is proposed to realize the storage and standardization management of building energy consumption big data,and to solve the management bottleneck of the massively increasing dynamic data.For the two major big data application scenarios,which are key performance indicator evaluation and energy consumption prediction,this research establishes an ontology-based automatic reasoning mechanism for energy consumption key performance indicators and automatic data preprocessing and energy consumption prediction methods to support horizontal comparison of different buildings and data cleaning Evaluation with the mining quality.On the basis of key technologies,this research designed and developed an energy consumption data management platform for the operation and maintenance period,which provides a supporting platform and tools for the complete process of monitoring,management,and control of energy consumption management data during the operation and maintenance period.Finally,combined with actual engineering projects,the proposed methods,technologies and platforms were verified for application.The application shows that the theories,methods,technologies and platforms formed by this research realize the standardized and integrated management of energy consumption data during the operation and maintenance period,and support the application of monitoring,management and control of the operation and maintenance period.This research explored feasible technical approaches for the urban regional level and intelligent management of energy consumption during operation and maintenance,which has an important theoretical significance and a broad application prospects.
