Strategy is a management technology adopted by enterprises in pursuit of long-term development.The strategic vision will combine macro and micro,and make a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment of the enterprise,and on this basis,make strategic objectives according to the development needs of the enterprises.The strategic goal is the direction and guidance for the future development of enterprises.All activities of enterprises must focus on the realization of goals.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the market economy system,many industries in China are becoming saturated,and the market competition in the industry is fierce.In order not to be eliminated by the market,many enterprises have been forced or forced to choose upgrading or transformation to strive for better development.So how to view business development at a strategic level has become the main problem faced by many enterprises at this stage.In the upgrading and transformation demand level,traditional manufacturing industry is more urgent.Yunnan YF is a traditional state-owned enterprise that produces engines.In the era of state owned enterprises still flourishing,YF company once created a brilliant performance in the domestic engine field.However,with the coming of the era of market economy,the dual identity of the traditional industry and state-owned enterprises exposes the malpractice of YF company,the company's performance is declining,and even the degree of unprofitable operation has been reached.In order to keep the company from deteriorating,YF companies are determined to merge with other companies to reorganize their assets,but there are still many problems left over by the reorganized company,and the next step after the company's transformation is still plaguing YF.In this paper,the value chain theory and life cycle theory in the enterprise strategic management are applied to the research of the development of YF company.Using data analysis to help the company to find out its own advantages and disadvantages,recognize the market environment and future development trend of the manufacturing industry.Those factors are favorable to the development of the company,and which factors will be powerful.We should recognize the gap between ourselves and our competitors,identify the development strategy and formulate corresponding development measures.By analyzing the problems left over from the history of YF company's enterprise development,this paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions for improvement.It is believed that YF company should take the strategic development path,first change the management concept and the backward marketing mode,at the same time pay attention to the construction of the talent team,strengthen the cost control,and build the core of the development with the strategic idea.Advantage.The fierce market competition makes many enterprises make big and strong dreams abort.In order not to become the enterprise of the broken halberd,YF company needs to formulate the development strategy as soon as possible,and create more possibilities with the combination of long and short development.
