| As we all know,electric energy is an important material basis for a society to achieve rapid economic development.Since the reform and opening up,China’s energy industry has developed rapidly and has now become the world’s largest energy producer and consumer.Under the big push of the new round of power system reform executed in 2015,the market mechanism is promoted to regulate and stabilize continuously,the main construction accelerates the footsteps,the scale conditions continue to expand,the trading institutions operate in a standardized manner,the mechanism system is reasonable and clear,and the market-oriented reform is effective.Under this ambitious goal,new changes will take place in the electric power system,and electric power enterprises also need to further strengthen the construction of safety culture,establish a systematic,standardized and predictable strategic management system,improve the safety quality of workers and enterprise safety management level,and build a solid foundation for high-quality development.As important as development is the environment.The policy guideline of "electric power for energy production and clean power production" brings us not just a blank check,but a development orientation for the next few years or even decades.After the goal of "carbon neutrality and carbon peaking" in 2021,it has become a major issue for power supply companies to promote the construction of a new power system and the green and low-carbon transformation of energy by market-based means.In the environment of severe challenges and unknown opportunities,where the power system reform is deepening and the "double carbon" target is being jointly promoted,it has become an urgent priority to formulate a scientific and reasonable development strategy to ensure that power supply enterprises are invincible in the competition and challenges.In this paper,the State Grid Siping Power Supply Company is used as the target of this study.Using the survey method and the documentary analysis method,we visit and talk to the main managers of the company,collect and organize the actual data in detail,and at the same time conduct a comprehensive analysis of the current problems and problem-forming factors of the power supply enterprises.According to the external macro conditions in which Siping Power Supply Company is currently located,PEST analysis is used and the competitive environment of the company is effectively analyzed in multiple dimensions with the help of Porter’s five forces model.For the internal environment,the SWOT model is used to list the enterprise’s own strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,and the results of the two analyses are integrated to form a SWOT matrix,and the strategy is selected based on the matrix results,and is fully understood and grasped on the basis of the existing overall strategy promulgated by the headquarters of the State Grid Corporation,and is determined as a growth-oriented strategy.Thematic content of the development strategy is to continue to increase power grid investment and construction,and further improve and consolidate the overall structure of the grid;secondly,to focus on improving the quality of service,to improve the overall quality of service and customer satisfaction;thirdly,to ensure the essential safety,the implementation of the main body of responsibility,strictly guard the safety cordon to ensure the overall safety of enterprises and employees.We will develop and implement targeted protection measures around the above strategies,from the four perspectives of "organizational management reform,corporate culture construction,human resources and quality services",to ensure the rationalization of the company’s strategies,to truly enhance the market competitiveness of power supply companies,to take into account the market and environmental benefits of enterprises,and to achieve stable and sustainable development in the future power industry,and to achieve a virtuous cycle of long-term stability. |
