| Industry 4.0 refers to the use of the Internet of things information system(CPS)to supply,manufacture and sell information in the production of data,intelligence,and finally to achieve fast,effective,personalized product supply.The concept of "industry 4.0" includes the basic mode transformation from centralized control to decentralized enhanced control.The goal is to establish a highly flexible production mode of personalized and digital products and services.In this mode,traditional industry boundaries will disappear,and various new areas of activity and forms of cooperation will emerge.The process of creating new value is changing,and the division of labor in the industrial chain will be reorganized.“Made in China 2025 ”is the first ten-year action plan for China to implement the strategy of building a strong manufacturing country.In this paper,s company,a multinational auto parts company,is taken as the research object.Based on the concept and theory of industry 4.0 and the related theory of design mode,the analysis and design of production management system of S company under the mode of industry 4.0 is discussed.In the process of research,the application framework of the mode suitable for s company is analyzed,and the application framework of the mode is combined with the parts company According to the characteristics of production system,the production management platform suitable for parts enterprises is analyzed and designed.It focuses on the analysis of intelligent manufacturing system architecture,vertical integration(enterprise system level),horizontal integration and end-to-end integration(product life cycle)analysis and scheme design,and design analysis for data collection and traceability.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part is the theory of industry 4.0 and intelligent manufacturing 2025,which provides the theoretical basis for s company to analyze and optimize the manufacturing upgrading based on industry 4.0 theory.The second part is the problems in the daily operation and management of S company’s parts production.It analyzes the problems one by one from the aspects of system,mode and technology.The third part uses industry 4.0 theory to analyze the strategic objectives of S company in the future.For s company’s production management,quality management and cost control,how to further upgrade according to the theory of industry 4.0 to propose solutions.This article is significance for the S company strategy,and also referential value in same industry. |
