| With the deep integration of manufacturing and high-tech,the industrial manufacturing field is undergoing tremendous changes,and its production methods,production thinking,etc.have also changed.The new industrial manufacturing model also puts new demands on talents,and talent has become a technology in the manufacturing field.The key and support for innovation and advancement of change,therefore,the study of "how to reform China’s engineering and technical personnel training" has become a practical issue of concern to the author.In order to provide in-depth answers to this question,this study investigates the deviations in the training of engineering talents among employers,students,and universities under the background of advanced manufacturing,and analyzes the objectives of the training of stakeholders in engineering talents,training methods,training content,etc.This study mainly finds that advanced manufacturing requires engineering talents to have the ability to deal with complex problems,flexible cooperation thinking,and corresponding professional and technical capabilities.According to the survey,the cultivation of talents in universities and colleges in China is still under the mode of cultivating the traditional scientific paradigm.There is not enough emphasis and training content on the quality and ability of talents.The technical personnel think that the existing project training content and positioning are ambiguous,the proportion of practical cooperation content in the face of advanced manufacturing is too low,and there is insufficient training in quality and ability.Employers of enterprises think that the cooperation in talents innovation and engineering design is lower than the expected value.Through the comprehensive comparison between the three and the analysis of typical case studies of foreign universities,the author believes that the reform of higher engineering education in our country should be guided by the “overall engineering concept” and focus on the construction of “technical and non-technical balance” curriculum content,emphasizing the teaching method of “the problem of solving real projects”.Through these three points,we have cultivated engineers and technicians who meet the needs of upgrading and transforming themanufacturing industry,thereby cultivating the needs of engineering talents in advanced manufacturing industries. |
