| Talent is the core competitiveness of the country.The level of engineering talents is a cultural soft force that reflects the potential of a country’s industrial development and joins the world stage.2016 is the first year of new engineering construction in China.Engineering education characterized by new economy,new business type and new mode requires the innovation of engineering personnel training,and curriculum organization is the most concentrated and core field of reform.2016 is also the year of the launch of wedge curriculum organization innovation at Tokyo Institute of Technology in Japan.The innovation of wedge curriculum organization in Tokyo University of Technology is based on the law of the development of engineering talents.It is consistent with the concept of world engineering education and world leading engineering talents.Therefore,the research and reference on the wedge curriculum organization of Tokyo University of Technology can be regarded as a means to promote the construction of new engineering curriculum and realize the development of engineering education.Through the methods of case study,comparative study and literature study,this article comprehensively analyzes the innovation of wedge curriculum organization.that is,while carrying through this master’s education,it also provides multi-type and comprehensive content at each stage.This paper includes with the external support system of the integrated management,the credit system,1/4 system and the internal cooperation system which integrates professional education,general education,scientific research and social practice.This paper introduces in detail and three-dimensional the connotation of wedge curriculum organization,historical context,innovation background,innovation content,wedge curriculum organization characteristics,the relationship between wedge curriculum organization and engineering personnel training,as well as the implementation effect and so on.Based on the ontological analysis of wedge curriculum organization innovation at Tokyo University of Technology in Japan,the artical based on the structural functionalism AGIL model,influencing forming factors of innovative wedge-shaped curriculum organization are social environment,school mission,teachers,students,resources and leadership from the four dimensions of "adaptation","goal achievement","integration" and "maintenance model".On the basis of integration theory,this paper constructs the general path of wedge-shaped curriculum organization from seven aspects,such as considering internal and external environment,establishing value norm,setting up expected goal,determining behavior subject,integrating curriculum elements and so on.In the process of implementation,we still need to avoid the ideal state,copy,reduce educational standards,follow the trend and other behaviors to ensure the interests of the relevant subjects in the reform.Before introducing the concept of wedge curriculum organization,this paper discusses the necessity of introducing wedge curriculum organization from three aspects: the background of intelligence era,the existing problems and the development needs of entering the world stage.This paper introduces the feasible conditions for the introduction of wedge-shaped curriculum organization in China from the aspects of social and cultural basis,ideological basis,basic conditions of domestic first-class engineering universities,and the reform trend of international engineering education.The enlightenments brought by the introduction of wedge-shaped curriculum organization are as follows: to analyze what kind of curriculum organization should be established in engineering universities in China at the target level,and to put forward the ways to correctly treat and promote wedge-shaped curriculum organization in higher engineering colleges and universities in China at the strategic level.At the level of concrete action,this paper summarizes nine contents,such as constructing professional development guidance system,extending general education upward,establishing flexible academic system,paying attention to undergraduate first-year education,strengthening interdisciplinary education,and paying attention to human value in the engineering world. |
