| With the development of technological innovation,the global economic structure,which gains uninterrupted growth,has generated the new requirements of engineering talents.The wide category of modern engineering not only contains the traditional research of engineering tasks,but also extends to the discussion of innovative and social value requiring the all-round development of technical personnel.While the personnel training in colleges and universities has achieved significant development,the applied engineering talent cultivation is still a complicated project of educational management.In addition,how to fundamentally improve the educational quality remains a difficult problem to handle.In order to break the back of the tough job in current training of engineering talent,Ministry of Education timely proposed the project of "New Engineering" construction.Facing this rapid trend,colleges and universities deal with the time proposition and carry out the research which focuses on the cultivation and administration of applied engineering talent.This is the self-breakthrough of personnel training as well as the self-adaptation towards the social requirement of applied colleges under new circumstances.In view of the status quo of engineering talents training model in China,this study,taking the comprehensive quality training of college students in Fujian University of Technology as an example,carries out questionnaire and conducts statistic analysis from five aspects,including general,technical,practical,innovative and professional qualities of engineering talents.Based on the educational concept of "New Engineering" and its requirements toward quality training of engineering talent,this research,which is based on the educational theory of systems engineering,analyzes current problems and reasons by induction and constructs the training system of applied engineering talent.It aims at exploring approaches to cultivating applied engineering personnel with high quality in new economy and new business forms,so as to provide effective suggestions to the training and management of applied engineering talents. |
