A New Mode Of Higher Engineering Education Personnel Training Under The Strategy Of "Internet+"

In 2010,China became the second largest economic entity. At the condition of total economic growth and the rapid development of the industry, China is facing the great challenges and opportunities of industrial transfer and upgrade. At the same time, our country and society rely more and more on the needs and requirements of engineering talents. Higher engineering education personnel training mode also should change constantly, to keep up with the trend of the social development and promote economic development so as to cultivate outstanding engineering talents. In order to adapt to the international industrial development strategy, China also presents some corresponding strategies to promote the development of economy and higher engineering education. In March 2015, Prime Minister Li Keqiang put forward the "Internet +" plan of action firstly in his government work reports, which became the national strategy soon. In recent years, the "Internet +" has affected many industries and it has been applied to many domestic fields of education. With the rapid development of internet technology,the traditional engineering education talents training mode has been unable to meet the growing learning demands of engineering talents. In order to improve the cultivation quality of engineering talents and comply with the requirements of the "Internet +"era,the new engineering personnel training mode of "Internet +" engineering education becomes a hot issue for educators to study.Based on data access at home and abroad, this thesis adopts literature research,concept analysis method, history method and comparative method to research the subject, this thesis studies the development of higher engineering education personnel training mode and the Internet education at home and abroad, and defines the concepts of higher engineering education personnel training mode and "Internet+". By comparisons and generalizations, the thesis applies the latest achievements of Internet education development at home and abroad to the personnel training mode of engineering education, constructs the framework of the new higher education education personnel training mode under the strategy of "Internet+", including the diversified teaching methods, curriculum system,learning style, engineering practice and evaluation method. The views and ideas are the basis of theory and reality of the reform of higher engineering education in China, and hope to provide some reference value for the innovation of higher engineering education personnel training mode in China.
