In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China's urbanization process has been accelerating,and many great planning achievements have been made while achieving great achievements.However,due to the numerous urban planning policies involved in China,the conflicts and contradictions among the various departments in various departments make urban planning difficult to implement.Therefore,how to promote the "multi-regulation" policy coordination of urban planning is an inevitable demand for new urbanization in China,and an important issue in the modernization of China's governance system and governance capacity.Taking Nanning as an example,this study uses literature,history,interviews,and case-based empirical analysis methods,using the principles of progressive decision-making and urban governance theory,combined with the research and field research of many scholars at home and abroad,using the progressive decision theory model to analyze The problems existing in the multi-standard policy coordination and its influencing factors,summed up the existing problems at the macro level and the meso level,and made suggestions based on this,in order to provide useful suggestions for China's urban planning and construction and public governance system.
