BIM(Building Information Modeling)takes the three-dimensional computer information model as a platform to provide information management technology for the whole life cycle of engineering projects.The concept of BIM technology informatization has been accepted by the field of bridge engineering and is widely used in all phases of bridge engineering activities.At present,BIM technology is mainly used in the stage of bridge design and construction,but it is seldom used in operation management phase.,and less application in the whole life cycle of bridge engineering.How to make full use of BIM technology in the field of bridge engineering and improve the level of bridge informatization is the focus of current research on BIM technology in the field of bridge engineering.Based on the analysis of the EBS(Engineering Breakdown Structure)coding system,this paper proposes the research on the extension of bridge component information base based on BIM technology.And the main research contents include:(1)Aiming at the problem of inconsistency of information carriers in the application of BIM technology in the whole life cycle of bridge engineering,this paper presents a solution based on EBS coding system.The "two-dimensional" EBS coding system improves the problem of insufficient information carrying capacity of the original "one-dimensional" EBS coding system.Two-dimensional EBS coding system consisting of bridge component coding and ancillary information coding is used as an integrated tool for information carrier of whole life cycle.(2)In the construction of BIM bridge database information,due the IFC(Industrial Foundation Classes)standard of existing BIM technology has insufficient definition of subsidiary information of bridge components,so under the framework of IFC standard,this paper regards the information extension of attribute set as technical support to realize the display of bridge data attribute information in BIM model(3)On the basis of two-dimensional EBS coding system,the component library of BIM bridge model in the whole life cycle of bridge is established.Based on a Yellow River Bridge in Ningxia,a bridge component database is established by Revit.The twodimensional EBS coding system of the Yellow River Bridge is formed with the segment coding of the main bridge component,the inherent attribute information of the bridge component and the additional attribute information of the bridge component as the core.In addition,taking the middle box girder section of the side span of the main bridge of the Yellow River Bridge as an example,this paper explains that bridge BIM model component library unifies the management of bridge life cycle data information,and explores the application of this study in practical engineering.bridge BIM model component library.Based on the status that the application of BIM technology in the whole life cycle of bridge engineering is still in the initial stage of development,and aiming at the inconsistency of information carriers in the whole life cycle interaction of bridge based on BIM technology,this paper uses the expansion method of EBS coding system and attribute set information based on IFC standard to establish the component library of bridge BIM model,so as to achieve the goal of bridge information management.
