With the vigorous development of transportation infrastructure construction, the number of bridges has increased. As an important link in each stage of the bridge’s life cycle, bridge inspection plays an indispensable role in the assessment and analysis of b ridge health status. The management of inspection data and data files of bridges under construction,as well as the management of regular physical examinations and inspection data of existing bridges, are very necessary in the assessment of bridge service life.Due to the differences in the inspection content, technical standards and evaluation indicators of bridge structures at various stages, the inspection management and operation and maintenance of existing bridges can only be based on the technical conditions of bridge operation and maintenance due to the lack of previous inspection data and various archives. The inspection evaluates the health of the bridge. Therefore,it is of great significance to design and develop a bridge inspection full life cycle information management system for bridge operation and maintenance. The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)Combined with the inspection content of each stage of the bridge life cycle, according to the relevant specifications, and combined with t he actual needs in the bridge inspection, management and maintenance process, through the development tools Visual Basic and Access,SQL database to carry out the bridge life cycle information management. The system is developed to provide bridge inspection, management and maintenance personnel with a system that can meet the needs of bridge-related information query, bridge information file management, bridge structure alignment and displacement management, bridge structural material performance testing and evaluation, testing data information management, disease management and maintenance,A bridge inspection full life cycle information management system for the visualization of disease information and type distribution, auxiliary calculation of acceptance evaluation, evaluation of operational technical conditions, and evaluation of culvert technical conditions.(2)By comparing and analyzing the national and local codes related to the completion and acceptance of bridges, sorting out and summarizing the br idge acceptance assessment items involving bridge structure alignment and displacement detection, structural material performance detection, technical condition assessment, bearing capacity assessment, load test, and acceptance assessment.score etc.Among them, the total score of the acceptance assessment is suitable for the assessment of urban bridges according to the acceptance guidelines issued by Nanjing City, and the sampling assessment of special bridges is suitable for the acceptance assessment rules issued by the state.(3)By introducing the time influence coefficient μ,fully considering the changes brought by the time change to the bridge state, calculating the bridge state evaluation weights in different time periods, and simulating the influence of time influence fac tors on the bridge state evaluation by finite element analysis, and verifying that The introduction of time influence coefficient has certain influence on bridge condition assessment.(4)Through the calculation and comparison of the conventional AHP and t he variable weight AHP with the introduction of equilibrium coefficients, adjust the technical condition assessment weight and calculation method under the bridge operation state, and adopt the technical condition assessment method combining the two. When a certain structural part of the bridge is seriously damaged, the equilibrium coefficient α can be selected for the calculation of the variable weight AHP.
