Research On PC Component Whole Life Cycle Information Management System Based On CIMS

With the rapid development of prefabricated construction,the number and scale of PC component factories are increasing.The production,transportation,construction and maintenance of PC components involve a large number of participants,huge amount of information,and complex information transmission,resulting in information transmission omissions and poor flow,thereby affecting the progress,investment and quality management in the whole life cycle of prefabricated construction.Therefore,it is urgent to establish a whole life cycle information management system for PC components to improve the level of fine management of prefabricated construction.This paper introduces the method of CIMS(Contemporary Integrated Manufacturing Systems)into the construction of PC component whole life cycle information management system.The main research contents are as follows:1.Architecture analysis of PC component whole life cycle information management system.Using IDEF0 modeling method provided by CIMS,PC component life cycle information management system is divided into five subsystems: design management system,production management system,transportation management system,construction management system and operation and maintenance management system.Functional structure of each subsystem is given.2.Establishment of information model of PC component whole life cycle information management system.Based on IDEF1 x modeling method,clarify the relevant and the logical relationship of the information in the whole life cycle of PC component,which provide reference for the establishment of database.3.Establishing the process model of PC component whole life cycle information management system.Based on IDEF3 process modeling method,the system architecture and the information model,the process model of PC component life cycle information management system is studied,which achieves the acquisition of the business process of PC component life cycle and clarifies the logical relationship between the activities of the system.4.Description of Information management scheme.Based on the PC component whole life cycle information management system of PC components,describe the in formation managemen schemes solution of PC component whole life cycle.
