Research On The Development Strategy Of NCSJ

Since years of the policy of Reform and Opening Up,All walks of life have been developed in a high speed and the construction of the infrastructure has almost been completed.The construction market is under the condition of saturation.The development of extensive style cannot meet the requirement of the time any longer.People’s demand for high quality and high standard is getting higher and higher.At the same time,the international construction enterprise with top technology infiltrates into Chinese market,which causes the pressure for the traditional domestic construction enterprises.The construction industry is facing a new round of survival and the fittest.The whole country has put forward dramatic reforms towards the construction industry.NCSJ is a traditional construction company in Jiangxi Province with more than50 years history.It has won Luban Award twice and got the title of “National Excellent Construction Company” continuously in the last ten years,which has a glorious construction experience.Facing the complicated social and economic development environment and the cut-throat construction market,NCSJ is encountering with a rare historical opportunity as well as a tough challenge.Under the circumstance of the internal disturbance and foreign aggression,it is a key for the development of the company to make up a suitable development strategy,which is also the core of this thesis.On the basis of the strategy management theory in and out,taking NCSJ as the study object and through the invitation to the company’s hierarchy,this thesis applies the method of EFE to analysis the external environment of the company,the method of IFE to analysis the internal environment and finally the method of SWOT to analysis the company overall,puts forward the problems of NCSJ and gets the management proposal and assurance measures suitable for the company’s development,which gurantees the sustainable development of the company.As the typical small and medium-sized enterprise in Jiangxi Province,the development strategy study has a reference effect on China construction enterprises under upgrading and transformation.
