Under the background of Internet and artificial intelligence,the traditional manufacturing industry faces opportunities and challenges of varying degrees.The goal of sustainable development drives enterprises to the road of strategic transformation again and again.As an important member of China’s manufacturing industry,the success or failure of its strategic transformation is related to the development trend of China’s economy.In this context,the research on the strategic transformation of enterprises becomes extremely valuable and meaningful.This article selects the home appliance industry the most representative of Midea as a case study object,from the strategic transformation driving factor,choice of strategic transformation,strategy implementation of the performance evaluation of four aspects,research and analysis of Midea strategic transformation path,hope this research can bring to the road of the transformation of China’s traditional manufacturing some revelation and reference significance.First in this paper,the Midea industry status and its strategic development were summarized,current has been clear about the beauty take development strategy,and then analyzed the Midea in the enterprise strategic transformation driving factors,according to the driving factor for the influence of the development of beauty,the induction to the external opportunities and threats,internal advantage and disadvantage,and based on the study of SWOT matrix to Midea in the transition stage make the strategic choice of reasonable to make the judgment.In order to ensure the integrity of the research,this paper analyzes the specific strategy implementation measures of Midea in chapter 5 and evaluates its performance,and finally summarizes the key problems encountered in the strategic transformation of Midea and the countermeasures.This paper draws the following conclusions and enlightenment through the strategic transformation research of Midea:firstly,this paper verifies the rationality of the strategic transformation decision of Midea by applying SWOT analysis method;Secondly,through the analysis of the implementation path of the strategic transformation of Midea and the comparative evaluation of the performance after the strategic transformation,the effectiveness of the implementation path of the strategic transformation of Midea is determined.And on the basis of the research,it puts forward the following enlightenment that is conducive to the upgrading of the traditional manufacturing industry:enterprises should cultivate the awareness of self-revolution,pay attention to the reserve of resources,strengthen contacts with the outside world,and actively seek opportunities for transformation;Enterprises should develop intelligent manufacturing in combination with their own industries.Enterprises should continue to build core competitiveness in the process of strategic transformation. |
