| Construction industry is an important pillar industry of China’s national economy.In recent years,China’s construction industry is developing from high-speed growth to high-quality development,which is in a transformation and upgrading period,and also a key period of supply side structural reform.However,for a long time,China’s construction industry mainly relies on the input of resource elements and large-scale investment to drive its development.The industrialization and informatization level of the construction industry is relatively low,the production mode is extensive,the labor efficiency is not high,the consumption of energy resources is large,and the scientific and technological innovation ability is insufficient.The integration of the construction industry with advanced manufacturing technology,information technology,and energy-saving technology is not enough,The development and application of Internet and construction robot in construction industry are insufficient.Especially in the novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak in 2020,traditional construction methods are gradually showing more and more lag.Extensive development mode has been unable to keep pace with the times.Construction enterprises urgently need to upgrade themselves from inside to outside to create a new industry development pattern,which is centered around structural innovation,green construction,intelligent building and 5G integration.Artificial intelligence,Internet of things and other new fields of technology,to build a set of science and technology,design,production and assembly,maintenance and many other businesses of the new EPC industry format,for the construction industry to lay a good foundation for high-quality development.Under the background of urgent transformation and upgrading needs of construction enterprises,based on the theory of core competitiveness,this paper constructs SWOT analysis model,PEST analysis model and Porter’s five forces analysis model,and uses the research methods of questionnaire survey,data statistical analysis and literature analysis to conduct a case study on a company of China Construction Group as the vanguard of China construction.Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the internal environment and the opportunities and challenges of the external environment,this paper explores the six key driving factors of the internal and external dimensions of the transformation and upgrading of a company of China Construction Group,and constructs five driving paths with "green,industrialization,informatization,intensification,professionalization and internationalization" as the core,The corresponding development strategies and safeguard measures are put forward.The results show that if the construction enterprises want to achieve high-quality development,they should adopt a series of transformation and upgrading development strategies and safeguard measures,and gradually develop to "green,industrialization,informatization,intensification,professionalization and internationalization",so as to achieve the goal of enterprise evergreen. |
