| The construction and management of urban parks are facing challenges with the changing needs of residents.The rest space in urban parks is the main carrier of basic activities such as park users.How to optimize the construction of urban park recreation space has become an important mission of landscape planners.Visitors should first feel and recognize the independence and integrity of the space in the garden space,and then the garden space will have the function of use,so the limitation of the space plays an important role in the use of the garden space.The definition of garden space can not be separated from the solid elements and structure of the enclosed space,and the combination of them forms the material interface in the landscape space.As a component part of garden space,landscape space interface is closely related to its characteristics,forms of expression and cultural artistic conception.The characteristics of the landscape interface itself determine the different types of landscape effects and spatial atmosphere,but also a cultural expression.Deeply studying the function of landscape space interface in space can better understand the composition of garden space and optimize landscape design strategy.Based on the limited form and elements of the landscape space interface,this study takes the rest space in 7 parks in Guangzhou as the research object,and adopts observation,measurement,field photo collection and so on.The research object of this paper refers to the vertical interface and top covering interface of garden space.This paper summarizes the limited form and elements of landscape space,classifies the interface of park space,understands the present situation and deficiency of the construction of space interface of park,and sums up the characteristics of the interface of garden space.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The space scale of Guangzhou City Park: the distance between 12 ~ 25 m,the areais not more than 1000 m,the distance of the rest space is not more than 70 m,the area is not more than 3000 m,the sp ace activity scope is abundant,this kind of space belongs to the mesoscale rest space.(2)The form of recreational space in Guangzhou City Park: the form of recreation space is divided into four main types: single shape,single shape separation,single contact and joint,single shape reducing deficiency.The space form belongs to the simplex type,the space form belongs to the simplex type,the space form belongs to the simplex type,the space form belongs to the simplex contact and the joint type,and the spatial form belongs to the simplex type,accounting for the least 10%.(3)The types of plant buildings in Guangzhou City Park are as follows: The infrastructure of Guangzhou City Park is divided into health infrastructure,label infrastructure,recreation infrastructure and public art infrastructure.Among them,the most frequent use is the application of plant species in the recreational space of Guangzhou City Park.the application of architectural structures in the recreation space of Guangzhou City Park is insufficient.(4)The form of the enclosed interface of Guangzhou City Park: the form of the enclosed interface of the garden recreation space includes: the interface of plant as the main element,the combination of plant and building structure,the combination of plant and topography,and the combination of plant and landscape.There are four types of interface between architectural structure and terrain.Among them,plant as the main element of the interface of the highest frequency,the best effect.The plants were divided into five levels according to their height,which were ≥ 15 m ~ 15 m ~ 1.5-6 m,0.6-1.5 m and ≤ 0.6 m,and0.6-1.5 m height layer and 1.5-6 m height layer.(5)The characteristics of landscape construction in Guangzhou City Park are as follows: the plant is the main component of the landscape,and in the rest space,the number of typical enclosed interfaces is 5,and the space closure effect is good,with 0.6-1.5 m height and 1.5-6 m height plant as the focus.the second limited frequency of the rest space is high,the plant top covering degree is higher in the space with rich space level,and theshading effect is good.In the rest space,the garden architecture is generally the main part of the space,and collocation plants form the characteristic landscape.(6)The present situation of Guangzhou City Park’s recreation space construction has the advantages of simulating nature,pursuing good natural environment,tropical amorous feelings and cultural characteristics of Lingnan,and paying attention to the selection of palm family,figs and plants in Lingnan and subtropical areas.Cultural symbols representing local characteristics,local plants in Guangzhou area,forming the four seasons evergreen,flowers and flowers in the landscape space in the multi-waterfront space,good hydrophilicity,and waterfront line common construction mode: plant waterfront pavilion,Botanical waterfront trestle pavilion,plant height pavilion three forms.(7)The present situation of Guangzhou urban park recreation space construction is not enough: 1 lacks the application of public art facilities,and the application form is single;There is a,plant elements often appear to use chaos to destroy the overall style / b,the total amount is not enough,The problems are not formed,some plant growth and maintenance management is not appropriate,the building structure is not regularly maintained,and some space garden space interface is not pruned and
