Study On The Open Rest Space Design Of City Commercial Pedestrian Street

City commercial pedestrian street is people shopping bearing body, along with the era of progress and development, the commercial pedestrian street function also gradually show the trend of diversification and individuation, its development is not limited to a simple shopping environment, with the commercial consumption concept changes, it also provide more rest and communication space for people. The rest space demand of the pedestrian street becoming more and more obvious for people living in the city, commercial pedestrian street construction all over the country has made great achievements, but there are also some problems. How to design the humane and reasonable and beautiful open space of commercial pedestrian street should take the designers more attention. Timely summary and generalize the construction of open space of pedestrian street has positive theoretical and practical significance for the development of the urban public space and commercial street.As an important part of urban public space, commercial pedestrian street has took people more and more attention and has become the indispensable important carrier of modern public space in city life. How to create a high quality space for public activities for commercial street in the city has become a hot topic of current research. The paper based on the activity of mind and behavior as a starting point, take the domestic and foreign outstanding case of pedestrian street as the example, do research work on the open space of City Commercial Pedestrian Street, and focus on the creation of the quality of open space environment. Through a comparative study on the domestic three representative city commercial pedestrian street, respectively, such as Beijing Wangfujing street, Xi’an luomashi pedestrian street and Jinan Quanchenglu commercial pedestrian street, and the analysis of system planning, space layout and the space atmosphere of open space of commercial pedestrian street, found the problem of commercial pedestrian street, propose solutions and design suggestions, aims to create an open space of commercial pedestrian street that satisfies people needs so as to improve the quality of people’s life.In this paper, we firstly analyze the function of the recreational space of the pedestrian street, and based on the reference of domestic and foreign outstanding commercial pedestrian street case, choose the Taian Happy Inn Commercial Pedestrian Street as a study. Through an investigation of present situation and design techniques of Taian Happy Inn Commercial Pedestrian Street, and an in-depth analysis of the problem of open space of commercial street, proposed recreational space of commercial street design method and model, discusses how to create space atmosphere of recreational space of commercial pedestrian street, and proposed related design methods and suggestions, provide a useful reference to the open space design of city commercial pedestrian street.
