| With the rapid development of China’s economy,the scale of urban development is also expanding.The high-speed urbanization brings unprecedented opportunities to the city,but the high-speed development also brings some problems such as traffic jam,housing shortage,environmental pollution and so on.Since the middle of the 20 th century,especially after the concept of sustainable development has been widely recognized,western countries began to realize that the number of cars and the environmental pollution caused by them are the root of many urban diseases,and began to attach importance to the development of public transport,especially rail transit.Under the background of the integrated development mode of station and city,rail transit is rapidly constructed in major cities in China.At the same time,China’s big cities have entered the process of car oriented suburbanization.In order to alleviate the congestion in the central area caused by inefficient private car travel in the urban peripheral area,and realize the transformation from "private" to "public",it is an urgent problem to expand the efficiency of public transport.Park and ride system refers to setting up a parking lot at a public transport station far away from the urban central area,attracting transfer users to park their private cars in the parking lot through preferential charging policies,and then transfer public transport to enter the urban central area,so as to promote public transport as the priority mode of travel.Although this mode of travel has been vigorously implemented by the government departments at present,due to the late start of the construction and development of park and ride system in China,it has not been widely used at this stage,and there are problems such as low efficiency of traffic transfer and low quality of space environment,which need further improvement and improvement.The design quality of public parking space of park and ride system has a great influence on the operation efficiency of park and ride system.Starting from the problems faced in the development of public parking space of park and ride system,this paper classifies the park and ride system according to the type of traffic transfer,the type of park and ride function and the location,and limits the research scope of this paper to the design of public parking space of park and ride system in the process of transition between private cars and rail transit in urban fringe type and suburban type.The design of public parking space of park and ride system is divided into four parts: parking space,connecting space,accessory space,and management mode that affects the efficiency,comfort and safety of public parking space of park and ride system.Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the public parking space of the park and ride system in Beijing,this paper summarizes the influencing factors of the design of the public parking space of the park and ride system,and puts forward the principles,objectives,strategies and development trends of the design of the public parking space of the park and ride system at the macro,meso and micro levels,so as to make the public of the park and ride system point by point The design of parking space should be guided by theory.Finally,taking the public parking space of Beijing Xierqi metro station as an example,combined with the theoretical basis proposed above,the public parking space of Xierqi metro station is optimized. |
