Vegetable grafting technique can effectively control soil-borne diseases,improving the resistance of grafted seedlings dramatically,along with its yield and quality,and reduce the use of fertilizers and pesticides.With the development of modern factory agriculture of vegetables,the demand for vegetable grafted seedlings has grown rapidly.However,the traditional artificial grafting model has been unable to adapt to the large-scale industrialized grafting and nursery mode,due to labor shortages and inherent defects in manual operations.So it is urgent to develop a cost-effective vegetable grafting machine to meet the needs of current production.In this paper,The current artificial grafting of eggplant presence inefficient,labor shortages,unstable product quality and other issues are still exist in China.By analyzing grafting machine in the price at present stage and actual conflicts of seedling enterprises,this paper summed up the basic stage of development grafting machine direction.By analyzing and comparing the current domestic and international process procedures of grafting machines,and combining with the artificial grafting process,it is proposed that the rootstock matrix is wrapped with non-woven fabrics,and the seedlings are automatically fed;the scion artificial seedlings are used,and the seedlings are scorched by negative pressure;the scion and the same stock use the same blade to cutting at the same time;In order to improve the success rate of grafting fitted,using scion pressing program,and according to the new program design a Solanaceae semi-automatic high-speed grafting machine.The specific research content of this paper is as follows:1.According to the current research status of Solanum semi-automatic grafting machines at home and abroad,the bottleneck of semi-automatic grafting machines is in a low price-performance ratio.The productivity of a single person determines the price.Andthe main reason for the low productivity of semi-automatic grafting machines is the grafting process in an inappropriate way,leading to the inefficiency of it.2.Through the analysis of the grafting process of the grafting machine,the process of the grafting process was optimized,the sowing and fruiting semi-automatic high-speed grafting machine was developed by using the synchronized multi-plant grafting mode,and the artificial feedings on the scion,the automatic feelings on the rootstocks,and the grafted seedlings were automatically returned to the planter.In addition,subjoining the scion pressing step,increase the clamping force of the grafting clip,and make the scion and the rootstock incision more closely fit.The size-positioned grafting clip can adapt to grafted seedlings with a larger diameter.3.Designing key agencies:For the operation on rootstocks feeding,this study used non-woven materials to encapsulate matrix pods and foam trays to raise seedlings.This enabled low-cost,high-efficiency rootstocks to be automatically raised and grafted seedlings to be automatically returned to the planting operation.This saved the use of artificial rootstocks for semi-automatic grafting machines.Artificial grafting seedlings is time consuming.For the scioning operation,this study was conducted by two people alternately planting two stations,using negative pressure air suction feeding operations,the artificial grafting time of the general grafting machine is used to manually select the scion,both to improve the overall scion seedling operation Efficiency has reduced the labor intensity of artificial seedlings,and has also increased the success rate of grafting.Take the scion pressure displacement method,increase the rootstock and scion fit force,graft clamp clamping force.4.The key parameters of the key institutions were tested and optimized.Rootstock picking test showed that the non-woven fabric matrix with a moisture content of 71.55%was the best value for the automatic rootstock feeding and grafted seedlings backward planting.The diameter of the matrix should be 34 mm,the corresponding hole diameter of the hole and the root diameter of the stock transfer cup is 38mm;the width of the clamping finger is 10 mm,the height of the prismatic protrusion is 3mm,and when the clampingdepth is 3mm,the rootstock automatically picks up the best effect.Scion on the seedlings test shows that the suction pressure of 6.5kpa,rodless cylinder speed of 250mm/min,the best effect of scion air suction seedlings.Scion pressure test shows that when the press displacement is 1mm,the pressing effect is the best.5.The power of the complete machine,the efficiency of the manual operation,and the power of the key machines after the optimization parameters are determined.The results showed that the production efficiency of the grafting machine reached 1678 plants/h,the productivity of the single plant reached 839 plants/h,and the grafting success rate reached90.28%.There was no significant difference in the operating efficiency and success rate of seedlings between the beginners and the skilled ones.
