The refrigerator seal frame is an important part of refrigerator and its quality directly affects the refrigerating function of refrigerators.A refrigerator seal frame is composed of four strips and welded by welding machine.And a magnetic strip is inside the seal strip,which can ensure seamless fit between refrigerator door and door frame.Now the procedure for welding refrigerator seal frames adopts the semi-automatic mode which mainly focuses on manual operation.This kind of production mode will lead to the poor quality of refrigerator seal frames and low production efficiency.Besides,the working environment is terrible and the labor intensity is high.Therefore,developing a set of equipment,included welding and feeding functions,is very meaningful.This paper mainly focuses on the research of the feeding process and feeding equipment in four-corner synchronous automatic welding equipment.The main work is as follows:(1)For the feeding problem with different specifications of seal frames and functional requirements on seal strip's position,magnetic strip's position,seal strip grabbing and transporting,the general function is gradually decomposed into sub-functions from coarse-grained to fine-grained through the conceptual design method of Function-Behaviour-Structure.Every sub-function has a design scheme of mechanical structure by mapping solution.(2)According to the design scheme of mechanical structure,specific design parameters are calculated and determined.Then all Sub-functional models are designed on virtual prototyping technology and assembled to the whole virtual feeding prototype.The improvement and optimization for 3D models is carried out with the simulation analysis of strength and stiffness of key parts.On the above basis,a physical prototype of feeding equipment is set up.(3)In order to solve the vibration problem which is caused by the crash impact between piston and end cap in the text process,the dynamics analysis for frame structure is taken.Based on the analysis result,optimizing and improving the structure of cross-beam is performed.The result shows that the vibration of cross-beam is effectively suppressed.(4)According to the functional requirements of feeding equipment,ensure the control processes and then use programming software GX WORKS2 to write a series of automatic feeding programs based on modular programming ideas.Improving control procedure is taken in the way of debugging step by step first and overall last,which realizes the controlling requirements finally.
