Sticky woven bag of single layer is widely used in packaging industry.Although the automatic packaging technology for multilayer woven bag has been mature,it is not suitable for sticky woven bag of single layer.At present,the equipments applied to sticky woven bag of single layer are semi-automatic.The filling method is the core technology of automatic packaging technology.It is also the key of sticky woven bag of single layer to distinguish multilayer woven bag.The thesis focuses on the key technology to research.The main work and conclusions are as follows:Based on the overall requirements of automatic packaging system,the functional and performance requirements of filling equipment are analyzed.Based on the analysis of the filling process and characteristics of sticky woven bag of single layer,the filling equipment is divided into three functional systems: open bag,bagging and bag finishing.Opening bag is an important step in filling process.And its reliability is the most important factor affecting the overall reliability of filling.Compared with the multilayer woven bag,there are many folds and holes in the sticky woven bag of single layer.It poses challenges to traditional bag opening method by vacuum sucker.The relationship between the deformation of the bag and the suction force of the sucker is analyzed,and the boundary conditions of opening bag failure by vacuum sucker is determined by experiments.On the basis of the boundary conditions,the reliability of opening bag by vacuum sucker is analyzed by simulation and experimental verification.opening bag by vacuum sucker can not obtain the required reliability.After The friction-open-bag model was proposed,the reliability of opening bag by friction was analyzed by force analysis and experimental verification.In contrast,opening bag by friction is more suitable for sticky woven bag of single layer.the principle schemes of filling equipment are designed.And the design of filling equipment is completed.The failure risk in the working process of filling equipment are analyzed.The spring mass model is introduced to establish the physical model for the simulation of woven bag.Through the analysis of the stress-deformation characteristics,the problems that bag appears hem during opening bag and bag can not be separated from the placing platform during bagging are found.Some optimal designs was made to solve the problems.Aiming at the problem of bag tilt and collapse during bag finishing,a sinusoidal surface model of woven bag is introduced to study the relationship between the shape of the bag surface and the surface stiffness.The result show that the bag has a higher stiffness and anti-interference ability when the bag is bent in parallel with the direction of the bag mouth.Accordingly,Some optimal designs was made to improve the surface stiffness.Integration and testing of the filling equipment applying this filling method are completed.The test results show that the filling method has high reliability and can satisfy the functional and performance requirements of the filling system.
